Adoptable Animals of the Week: Pretty Princess & Maya

Avast, Wagglers, it is time for your latest adoptable animal spotlight. This week we introduce Pretty Princess from the San Francisco SPCA and Maya from San Francisco’s Animal Care & Control.

Pretty Princess from the SF SPCA

Pretty Princess from the SF SPCA

Pretty Princess is a beaut, but she is in no way as dainty as her name may imply. Princess is a senior tabby who knows what she wants out of life: cuddles and more cuddles. Sure, she’s a fan of playtime–what cat isn’t?–but a few minutes is all she needs before she is ready for literally hours of lap time. If you don’t give her adequate affection, Pretty Princess will be sure to notify you with a polite but hearty “meow.”

Pretty Princess is a 13-year-old orange tabby, and you can learn more about her by going to the SPCA’s website (here).

And next we have another striking beauty from the canine side of the tracks: Maya! Maya is a gorgeous and energetic Husky. She is smart, curious about her environment, and loves a healthy balance of activity and affection.

At only a year old, Maya still has a lot to learn about the world as well as proper doggy manners, which isn’t a bad thing at all. She just gets excited and curious about her surroundings! Her icy blue eyes are eager to see what the world has in store for her.

Maya is up for adoption at SF Animal Care & Control (here).
